空芯コイルを作ったのでメモ。世間ではどうも「自在ブッシュ」というのを使うことが多いようだ。
This is a note how to wind air-core free standing loading coils. Famous "AirDux" coils have not been available, whereas its? website seems alive. A popular supporting rod seems to be "caterpillar grommet"s.
まずスペーサーの平たい棒を用意する。この場合同じ長さのもの3本。コイルのピッチだけずらして重ねてテープで束ねるのがよい。等間隔に穴をあける。これをつかうととても簡単でお勧めである。
Stack 3 or 4 equi-length flat bars. It is prefered to displace each bar like the drawing below (A=P). Tape them and drill holes at equal spaces, P. You can use long universal arms from TAMIYA instead. That is easier.
所望の径の筒に電線を巻く。筒はコイルより長いこと。
Wind a wire around a cylinder with a desired diameter. The cylinder should be longer than the coil.
棒はばらさない。写真や図のようにワイヤを通していく。コイルをまわしてもよいし棒を動かしてもよい。
Do not separate bars. Thread the wire into holes of the bar stack. Turn round the wound wire or move the bar along the cylinder. See the photo and drawing carefully.
増し締めて棒を広げてから芯を抜いて完成 接着剤で固定する
Tighten once again, put the bars apart, and draw the cylinder. Glue if necessary.
The measured inductance of this coil (55mm X 15T) was about 8uH.
